My name is Leon and I have been in remission since April 2019. I am from Bosnia. I had a liver cancer and had to go to Italy to get a new liver. I also had 12 blocks of chemo. Fortunately, I don't remember much of it because I was a 1-year-old at the time. But my parents do. Now I am a healthy young boy, very active and full of energy. I go to the kindergarten and I started speaking. My parents will run this race for me, for all the children who are now fighting their battle and also for those children who lost it. We don't want to forget their struggle. My parents will run and I will ride a bicycle next to them. Together we can find a cure ❤ Thank you Italy (Bergamo) for caring for me when I needed it.
